- Paid analysis credits processed through Paystack.
- Historical report storage for signed-in users.
- You must be legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for account security, device security, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account and payment-related information.
- Payments purchase AI analysis credits only; they do not purchase ETF units, advisory services, or managed portfolio services.
- You may cancel a transaction before completing checkout with the payment provider.
- Once payment is successfully completed, credits are added to your account and made available for use.
- Verified duplicate charges or technical crediting failures may qualify for correction or refund according to the policy shown on the pricing page.
- EasyETF may reject, suspend, or reverse fraudulent or unauthorized transactions as permitted by law.
- You may use EasyETF for personal, lawful informational use.
- You must not abuse APIs, bypass access controls, or interfere with system security or reliability.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
- You must not scrape, copy, or redistribute service content at scale without written permission.

You must independently verify all outputs before relying on them. EasyETF makes no guarantee of profitability, performance, or suitability of any strategy, instrument, or recommendation.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to EasyETF for analysis credits in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
