Account and identity data
- Account identifiers and profile data provided through Clerk authentication.
- Email address required for account access and payment initialization.
Payment and transaction data
- Payment reference, selected package, amount, currency, and transaction status.
- EasyETF does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payments are processed by Paystack.
AI analysis and portfolio data
- Report requests, portfolio holdings you submit, risk profile, investment thesis text, and generated report content.
- Analysis credit balance and payment-reference metadata in your account metadata.
Technical and operational data
- Server-side logs for error diagnosis, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
- Standard request metadata such as timestamps and route-level context.

- Paystack: payment authorization and transaction verification.
- OpenRouter / Anthropic: AI analysis generation based on your request inputs.
- Market data providers: data retrieval and charting services used by the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
- Account and payment records are retained for operational, audit, security, and legal purposes.
- AI reports and related inputs are retained to provide history and retrieval features in your account.
